An evening of stories, solidarity, & the work still ahead.
The 41st Annual Gala is our largest fundraiser of the year — funding roughly 30% of shelter operations and emergency services. Survivors, advocates, and neighbors share dinner, hear from those whose lives this work has changed, and look squarely at what's next.
Forty-one years of showing up — and one night to power the next.
For four decades, this room has been the place our community says this matters out loud. The Gala is where the quiet, year-round work of advocates and volunteers meets the people who keep it possible.
Over dinner you'll hear directly from survivors who chose to share their stories — on their own terms, with their own words — alongside the advocates who walked beside them. There's a silent auction, a paddle-raise for shelter beds, and time, simply, to be in good company for a cause that doesn't get nearly enough light.
Every seat funds the work. One table keeps an advocate on the crisis line for a month. The paddle-raise alone has, in past years, funded entire renovations of family shelter rooms.
